Who is behind Turn on Your Menopausal Superpowers™?
Hi, I am Lil Glamben, M.Ed. I have over 30 years in a variety of fields including behavioral health consulting, academia, philanthropy, and women’s empowerment. I am a graduate of Mount Holyoke College, one of the oldest women's college in the U.S. And I am a certified Empowerment Institute facilitator and coach.
I am 61 years "young" and I officially menopaused over 10 years ago.
Looking back, I can see that my menopausal journey was one of the most profound and potent transformational experiences of
my entire life.
In spite of a few "dark nights of the soul," and wasting time, energy, and money playing the “menopausal symptom management Whack-A-Mole” game, I ultimately menopaused well.
I am wiser, happier, more loving, and compassionate. I am healthy, vivacious, and strong. I love, know, and like myself better, with greater inner peace and joy, than I could have previously imagined. I am pursuing my soul's deepest desires and purpose with greater focus and passion than ever. AND I am now enjoying the greatest romantic relationship of my life. Life is good!
I did a LOT of research on menopause and DEEP personal growth work to get here. (No plastic surgery or expensive beauty tricks...yet, anyway!)
AND I learned many secrets from my mother who made it to 100 (and happened to be a “cougar” long before it had a name 😉) and other phenomenal older women in my life.
